The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially activated the 2026 UTME Change of Institution and Course portal for candidates who wish to modify their admission choices.
Candidates can now proceed to accredited CBT centres nationwide to: • Change their institution of choice
• Change their course/programme
• Correct admission-related details where necessary
This development gives candidates the opportunity to make strategic changes based on their UTME scores, preferred institutions, admission requirements, or other personal decisions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
JAMB has advised all candidates to carry out the process only at accredited CBT centres approved by the Board.
Candidates are also encouraged to: • Carefully confirm institution requirements before making changes
• Ensure the selected course matches their UTME subject combination
• Upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS if not yet uploaded
• Avoid unauthorized agents or cybercafés
ORIGINAL RESULT PRINTING
JAMB also announced that printing of the 2026 Original UTME Result Slip will officially commence on Monday, 18th May 2026.
The original result slip is one of the important documents required for: • Post-UTME screening
• Admission processing
• Scholarship applications
• Clearance and documentation
